I'm Brody (looking for a foster)
Hi I’m Brody! I may be an older fella but I still have those Lab puppy eyes that will melt your soul. Brody’s family could no longer care for him and dropped him off at the fire station hoping they would make sure he ended up in a good home. They contacted Canine Healing, knowing Brody would make a good therapy dog. We know Brody was well cared for and loved his family. He will have to start over again, however we will make sure he finds the perfect second chance and his furever home. If you would like to meet Brody or foster him, please head to our application page.

I'm Maple (In foster care)
Hi I’m Maple! I am so happy the nice people at Canine Healing chose me at the shelter. I am not really sure how I ended up there but I was left in the dog yard at the shelter one night. I recently had babies but I don’t know where they are, I hope they are okay. I love all people, all dogs, haven’t told anyone if I like cats yet, but they suspect I will because I am just the sweetest soul that loves snuggles and kisses. I walk well on a leash and I am up for doing whatever you want to do, go for a walk or snuggle on the couch and watch movies. I would love to be a therapy dog once I gain some weight and my skin heals from lack of care. I am looking for a foster or better yet, a furever home!

I'm Ashe (I'm on a home trial!)
Hi I’m Ashe! Unfortunately I came from a cruelty case and found myself at the shelter. I am looking for a better future. Everyone tells me I am really cute and super sweet. Things are a little scary right now however I think with some stability and love everything will be a’ok. I would love to be a therapy dog soon so I can show everyone that a little kindness can go a long way!

I'm Zig Zag (I'm on a home trial!)
Hi I’m Zig Zag (formerly Mushroom at the shelter)! Unfortunately I came from the same cruelty case as Ashe. I am a bit older than Ashe and I hope that someone still wants me since I am past my young, cute spry days. If you are looking for a chill guy that wants to be a lap dog and gets along with everyone, I may be your guy. I need some dental work but the nice people at CHP are going to take care of that for me. I would love to be a therapy dog and think I would be pretty good at it!

I'm Aisling (in foster care)
Hi I’m Aisling (pronounced Ash-ling)! I am new to CHP and they are still getting to know me. I am grateful they gave me a second chance and saved me right before I was out of time at the shelter. They said I am a smart girl and that a new life awaits me. I am going to work really hard at being the best girl!

I'm Arwen (in foster care)
Hi! My name is Arwen and I don’t really like to talk about my past. I was found as a stray. I was pregnant and unfortunately I didn’t get to have my babies and then I found myself on the euthanazia list but thankfully the nice people at Canine Healing rushed to save me before it was too late. I am ready to start my new life and never look back. Can we heal together? I really would love a family of my own. I get along with other dogs and I might take a minute to warm up but you need to give me a reason to trust you first. This girl doesn’t want to get fooled again. I am in a foster home now and it is the best! I love my foster mom and dad and my foster doggo Jack. They say I am being the best and I deserve a loving home.
